Thank you for reviewing Areto Payment Boarding Policy. By signing up to our services you agree, that you will not utilise our services to process payments for any of the products listed in or prohibited list.

We rely on third-party banking institutions, licensed to process card payments. Although your product is not listed on this page, final acceptance is granted by a third-party banking institution. Our team reviews your application, but ultimately the decision of acceptance comes from the banks’ compliance department.

We, therefore, reserve the right, not to accept any business with no justification. We, also, reserve the right to close an account by providing minimal notice, and if forced by a third-party bank, no notice at all.

Prohibited List

The below list is prohibited and will not be approved.

  • Merchants whose URL, shareholder or director is listed on MATCH
  • Any activity prohibited by card brands and third-party banks we work with
  • Illegal and Potentially Illegal Products/Services
  • Adult Content- Pictures, Videos, etc. of individuals under the age of 18
  • Medical Services, Advice and/or Devices
  • Skill gaming without a gaming license (trivia based games with cash or similar prizes)
  • Reservation and booking services with an extended period of over 1 year
  • Chain Letters
  • Cash Gifting
  • Tabacco
  • Hypnosis and/or subliminal recordings or consultation
  • Replica and/or unlicensed branded goods
  • Outbound Telemarketing Companies
  • “Get-rich-quick” schemes
  • Medical Benefits packages
  • Medical Marijuana
  • Extended warranty companies
  • Products that promote or facilitate illegal activity
  • File sharing services
  • Radar and/or cellular jammers or boosters
  • Phone unlocking/“jailbreaking”, modification chips, unlock codes

The below products are approved on a case by case basis and is up to the third-party bank to approve.
